Order Processing Times
All orders are processed as soon as possible, typically within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing times may extend to 5-7 business days.
We will notify you by email if there is any significant delay.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Some smaller products may qualify for free shipping, which will be reflected automatically at checkout.
Large or oversized items (such as major kitchen appliances) may incur higher shipping costs due to their size and weight, and may require specialist freight carriers. All applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Small items: Typically 5–7 business days via standard shipping
- Large appliances: Typically 7–14 business days via freight or specialist carriers

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For large appliance deliveries, our freight partner may contact you separately to arrange a convenient delivery window.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Guam at this time.
- Restrictions on specific products (e.g., oversized items) will be noted on the relevant product pages.
- Orders over $500 in value may require a signature upon delivery.
Split Shipments
If your order contains both small and large items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details. Retain all original packaging, as it may be needed for a carrier claim.
For large appliances, we recommend inspecting the item before signing for delivery and noting any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us within 7 days so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
