QuickPrep Electric Food Chopper – 1.5 Cup
Preparing ingredients is as easy as a push of a button with Mueller’s QuickPrep Food Chopper. With 1.5-Cup capacity, the electric food processor is the perfect size to keep handy on your countertop for everyday use. The mighty motor and stainless steel S-blade will blitz through your ingredients with precision whether chopping, dicing, grinding, or blending. Plus, with the one-touch pulse button, you stay in control, so you can chop as coarse or fine as you like. Ideal for veggies, fruits, nuts, and herbs as well as soft meat. Suitable for vegetables, fruits, nuts, herbs and soft meat up to 7oz. Do not process extremely hard ingredients such as meat containing bones, or fruits with large stones. It is recommended to peel, core and/or remove seeds and pits, and to cut all ingredients into smaller, even pieces for better processing.
The QuickPrep is not suitable for:
- Chopping hard items such as ice cubes or frozen produce.
- Grinding coffee beans or converting granulated sugar to caster sugar.
Operation is extremely simple. After locking the bowl into place, adding ingredients and locking the lid into place, simply push down on the pulse button to start chopping. The longer the continuous pulse, the finer the texture. For coarsely chopped foods, use short pulses.
The food chopper will not operate unless both the Bowl and the Lid are properly assembled. Check that both parts are in the ‘Lock’ position before pulsing.
For easier cleaning, rinse the removable parts immediately after use. Hand wash in warm water with dish detergent with a non-abrasive sponge. The bowl, lid and stainless steel blade can also be washed in the top rack of the dishwasher with temperature kept below 140°F/60°C.
