This juicer has a masticating juicing auger which maximizes juice extraction. With each drop, a much higher percentage of vitamins are retained within the juice compared to extraction with an electric juicer. There is no heat involved, and so nutrients are sustained and less oxidation occurs. What’s more, with no electricity required it has a small footprint.
