How do I switch between Fahrenheit (°F) or Celsius (°C)?

When the thermometer is OFF, press and hold the “MEM” button for 6 seconds to see the current degree mode. To change it, press the “MEM” button again until the °C or °F symbol starts flashing on the screen.
